The jazz ballad ‘Theme for Ernie’, composed by Fred Lacey, is presented in the arrangement by Jim Snidero for his album ‘Strings’, featuring alto saxophone, string ensemble and jazz rhythm section.
Recommended editions for further study include the corresponding book ‘Strings’ (ADV7058), which includes the complete transcriptions of the alto saxophone solos of the CD of the same name.
